Communist China Blasts Second Amendment, U.S. Human-rights Record

If this isn’t the pot calling the kettle black.  China is butting in here, as the communist dictatorship ruling mainland China, responsible for the blood of more innocent victims and for more abuses than any other single regime in world history, released a scathing so-called “human rights” report suggesting that America’s Second Amendment protection of the right to keep and bear arms represented a violation of human rights.

And furthermore, it appears that China is also condemning our human rights record.  But gun rights people fired back at the Chinese report by pointing out the autrocities of the communist regime’s atrocious history of mass murder. Just under the barbaric rule of Chairman Mao Tse-Tung, for example, an estimated 40 million or more innocent people were murdered, tortured, and starved to death. The regime still “disappears” critics, prohibits the free exercise of religion, tortures dissidents and their families, forces women to have abortions to enforce its barbaric “one-child policy,” censors the Internet, harvests body organs from opponents, and much more.

This report is titled, Human Rights Record of the United States in 2011,” released a day after the U.S. State Department published its findings on mainland China late last month, the communist government blasted the situation in America. “The United States’ tarnished human rights record has left it in no state — whether on a moral, political or legal basis — to act as the world’s ‘human rights justice,'” the regime said in its report, after citing multiple issues it claimed to perceive as human-rights violations.  New American

Okay as for the first human rights violation that China found in the US is high crime statistics and reports of teenage bullying. Next on the list — apparently seeking to create the perception of a link with crime — was the Second Amendment. “The United States prioritizes the right to keep and bear arms over the protection of citizens’ lives and personal security and exercises lax firearm possession control, causing rampant gun ownership,” the report claimed, citing more statistics.

So according to the Chinese, our bearing arms violates human rights.  Yeah right.  But the Chinese report didn’t state the fact that gun rights actually contribute to the protection of life and personal security.  They did turn the screws a bit by emphasizing, saying that the citizens of the US have complained and that there have been many protests for the government control of private gun ownership.  Now where are these people who are protesting?

In fact, it’s just the opposite, as people are demanding more gun rights.  And also the report failed to show that murder rates in the U.S. are well below the global average even with — possibly because of — America being by far the most heavily armed nation in the world.  Just look at Mexico, for example, no guns yet their murder rate is 3 times as high.  Switzerland, where gun ownership is basically mandatory for military-age men, has among the lowest rates in the world — far less than China. And within the United States, the areas with the worst levels of gun crime — Chicago and D.C., for example — tend to have the strictest gun-control measures.

Critics slammed the regime’s report for its fraudulent misuse of data and its anti-liberty assumptions on firearm ownership. “The conclusion that gun bans will result in enhanced protection of lives and personal security flies in the face of both the American and Chinese experience,” noted popular gun-rights activist and commentator David Codrea, citing the “blood-drenched historic record” of “Chicom-style citizen disarmament” while questioning the motives of Americans who would advance such policies.

“And, as typical with advocates of a centralized monopoly of violence, Chinese-style genocide, which resulted in government-caused deaths of unknown tens of millions of defenseless human beings in the 20th Century, and the current brutal occupation and tyrannical suppression of Tibetan sovereignty, is left unacknowledged,” Codrea added. “Left unsaid is the inconvenient truth that rendering captive populations unable to resist makes such monstrous crimes against humanity not only possible, but inevitable.”  New American

Also, now for the good one, the report says in the US, our civil and political rights are greatly violated.  Supposedly our activities on the internet are severely restricted by the government.  Hmm, I think that is reversed.  And we are no longer the land of the free, as the report showed the example of how the Wall Street Protestors are ignored.  What about how protestors are shot in China?

And of course, this might be the only part of the report Obama would agree with:  The rich aren’t taxed enough.  And in our great nation, we are full of racial discrimination against blacks and illegals.  Yeah right, if you remember this part never was a problem until the “Obamanut” made everything that went against his agenda racist.

Then on to journalism, where it was told the US forces out journalists who disagree with the establishment, and what journalists post on the internet is limited.  Wrong again, if not for the internet, we the people, wouldn’t know what is going on.

Also on the evil list of human rights violations are the police, who according to the Chinese, use excessive force or harrassment of innocent people  and have caused loss of freedom of some people or even deaths.  Victims of the U.S. government’s unconstitutional wars around the world and the mass-murder via drones program were both cited as human-rights violations, too — quite properly, according to analysts from across the political spectrum.

Can you believe the propaganda coming out of China?  Yet sadly, there are those who would believe those lies.  And even though our taxpayer dollars continue to flow into China, the Chinese government is stepping up its financial takeover of America, buying up U.S. banks, movie theater chains, gargantuan amounts of Treasury bonds, and even land.  All while Obama watches, and does nothing.

Thento top it all off, we have Billionaire George Soros calling for a new world order, with China in control….hmm, looks like “We the People”, have really gotten the shaft on this one.
